Neanderthals Health Deli – Food to fuel and nourish!

Happy new year and welcome to our meal prep service where we aim to make healthy eating stress free!

We understand that eating healthy can be difficult when life gets busy, sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day to shop for ingredients and prepare a nutritious meal, not to mention the time needed to clear away afterwards!

Our meal prep service aims to make life and eating well easier for our customers, in just a few simple steps your meals for the working week can be organised saving you valuable time & energy for what’s important to you.

We offer two meal packages: 5 meals for £30 or 10 meals for £55

All meals are freshly prepared on the day of collection by our head chef, everything is homemade including sauces and dressings with the same quality produce and cooking methods used in the deli.

Orders are available for collection from the deli (103 High Street, Norton, TS20 1AE) each Monday between 5-7pm (excluding bank holidays)

All orders must be placed by 12 midday Sunday to collect the following Monday.

MEAT/ FISH

Seasoned chicken breast – brown rice – greens – clean bbq sauce. (430 calories)

Seasoned chicken breast – sweet potato chips – house salad & dressing. (530 calories minus dressing)

Rump steak – sweet potato chips – purple slaw. (630 calories)

Salmon fillet with lightly spiced tomato sauce – sweet potato mash – greens. (520 calories)

Homemade meatballs (made with lean 5% fat steak mince) in a lightly spiced tomato sauce – whole-wheat fusilli – greens. (580 calories)

BBQ pulled jackfruit – sweet potato chips – greens (ve). (420 calories)

Seasoned Thai baked tofu – brown rice – greens (ve). (610 calories)

Mexican-style sweet potato and bean patty with lightly spiced tomato sauce – brown rice – purple slaw (ve). (420 calories)

Halloumi, roasted red peppers, garlic & thyme mushrooms – sweet potato chips – house salad & dressing (v). (700 calories minus dressing)

Protein pancakes – Greek yoghurt – mixed berries – honey (v). (450 calories)

Protein pancakes – banana – mixed berries – pure maple syrup (v). (450 calories)

Step 1 – Choose your meal options

Using the dropdown form below choose a quantity for each menu option/ meal. If you’re not having any of a certain meal select the 0 option otherwise select how many you would like.
Before clicking SUBMIT please make sure you are happy with the quantities you have chosen for each meal and ensure the quantities add up to either 5 or 10 meals depending on the package you are going to purchase.

Step 2 – Purchase your package 

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the box below ‘Meal Packages’ and select either 5 or 10 meals then click ‘Buy Now’ to check out safely via PayPal. Paypal will guide you through check out and provide a payment confirmation.
